Berkshire Hills Staff

Berkshire Hills dynamic staff is a diverse group selected to be excellent role models and leaders for your children. Cabin counselors include former Berkshire Hills’ campers, returning staff from the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Israel, Argentina and other countries and newly discovered staff we invite to join our team. Berkshire Hills thoroughly screens all staff to make sure they will be exceptional influences on your child.

Berkshire Hills Leadership team includes a core group of parents and teachers who add additional depth to the community. Leadership team members are in charge of our units, waterfront, athletics, infirmary, office and transportation.

The staff is amazing with a mature administrative staff and younger (cooler) counseling staff.
