Activities

Berkshires Hills offers activities in four core areas.

Waterfront

All campers receive instructional swim lessons in our heated pool each day until they complete the eighth grade. Campers also enjoy boating, recreational swim and an inflatable course on our sixty acre private lake.

Sports

At Berkshire Hills, our goal is to help every camper improve in athletic activities regardless of their skill level. Favorite camp sports include floor hockey, basketball, soccer, softball, volleyball, tennis and fitness.

Arts

Music, drama, ceramics, crafts, movie making, dance, painting and drawing are among the many artistic activities at camp. Guitar and Ukulele lessons are offered as part of our music program.

Adventure/Nature Activities

You will be hard pressed to find a longer camp zipline than Berkshire Hill’s quarter mile zipline across Miller Pond. An eleven element ropes course, camp outs in our treehouse and an archery range give campers other opportunities for adventure. Chickens, goats and other animals, a vegetable garden and nature hikes on the property all connect children to the environment.
